Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources and Administration professional to oversee HR functions and administrative operations. This role is essential to maintaining a positive workplace culture, supporting employees, and ensuring efficient office management.
As an HR leader, you will be responsible for recruiting top talent, facilitating training and development programs, managing compensation and benefits, and fostering a strong company culture. You will also oversee performance management, onboarding, policy updates, and payroll processing while maintaining compliance with employment laws.
On the administrative side, you will ensure the smooth operation of daily business functions, including office management, record keeping, project coordination, and resource management. Your ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and maintain organization will be key to success in this role.
Job Responsibilities
Human Resources
Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.
Develop and implement employee training programs.
Manage compensation and benefits, ensuring competitive offerings.
Maintain positive employee relations and handle workplace concerns.
Oversee performance management, including evaluations and disciplinary actions.
Create and improve onboarding programs to integrate new employees successfully.
Update and enforce workplace policies to align with industry standards.
Process payroll accurately and on time.
Maintain confidential employee records and compliance documentation.
Administration
Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies and scheduling.
Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communication.
Maintain organized records, including budgets, financial documents, and business data.
Assist with project coordination, preparing reports and presentations.
Optimize resource management to ensure efficiency in office supplies, equipment, and budgets.
Job requirements
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in HR, office administration, or a similar role.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to analyze data and conduct research to improve HR practices.
Understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Ability to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
