2025 Summer Internship Program

Overview

Prosidium Warranty & Capital (PWC) is launching a competitive and paid summer internship program that is designed to provide real-world experience in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment within the automotive finance and warranty sector. This fully remote program offers interns the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects, gain industry insight, and work directly with leaders across the organization.

Program Duration

START DATE: 06/03/2025

END DATE: 08/22/2025

COMMITMENT: This internship requires a commitment of approximately 35–40 hours per week for the duration of the program (approximately 10-12 weeks long).

SALARY: $18-28 hourly. Interns will be classified as temporary, non-exempt W-2 employees for the duration of the program

ELIGIBILITY

• Undergraduate (junior/senior level) or graduate students pursuing degrees in either Operations Management, Finance, Business Administration, or Information Systems.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and initiative-driven mindset.

• Reliable internet connection and a work-ready environment.

REMOTE WORK EXPECTATIONS

All roles are fully remote. Interns are expected to be available during designated business hours:

Due to current payroll and compliance requirements, we are only able to hire interns located in the following states: CA, WA, AZ, FL, IL, NV, and PA.

Finance & Technology: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm ET (East Coast hours and location preference)

Compliance/Legal & Operations: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm PT (West Coast hours and location preference)

CONFIDENTIALITY

All interns must sign a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to onboarding, as interns will be exposed to sensitive and proprietary information.

TIMELINE

INTERVIEWS; 05/20/2025 – 05/31/2025

INTERNSHIP STARTS: 06/03/2025

ROLES AVAILABLE

Finance - Assist in modeling, forecasting, and financial analysis. Support capital allocation tracking, portfolio analysis, and pricing exercises. Collaborate with the CFO and Finance team on ad hoc strategic initiatives.

Compliance & Legal – Assist with research and documentation of regulatory requirements, support policy development and internal audits, and help ensure company practices align with legal and compliance standards. Collaborate with the Compliance team on risk mitigation and contract review projects.

Operations - Map business processes and identify areas for optimization. Assist with dealer account management, heavy data analysis and crafting presentations. Help document SOPs and build operational playbooks.

Technology - Support data integration related projects and assist with system architecture documentation. Work alongside IT and product leads on internal platform enhancements.
Gain exposure to industry tools, dashboards, and automation workflows. SQL experience preferred.
